William K. Raymond (Bill), has been working with tax-qualified plans since 2003.  You will appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail.  If you are lucky, and get him comfortable enough, you may get to enjoy his witty sense of humor.  His primary responsibility is to oversee that all the ongoing administration gets completed accurately and timely.  Additionally, he manages the organization of the company.

Bill is an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).  He has completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree through Brigham Young University.  He is also a registered CPA.

Bill lives in Mesa, AZ with his four children.

Timothy K. Raymond (Tim), has been working with tax-qualified plans since 1999.  You will enjoy his pleasant disposition and professional service.  His primary responsibility is to develop new business for the firm. Additionally, he manages the ongoing administration for several clients.

Tim is an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).  He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree through the University of Phoenix, as well as a Masters of Administration - Leadership degree through Northern Arizona University.

Tim lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife Amy, and their seven children.

We specialize in providing third party administration services for small to mid-size businesses relating to employer sponsored, tax-qualified, retirement plans.  These plans include, defined contribution plans (traditional 401k, safe harbor 401k, profit sharing & money purchase), defined benefit plans (traditional, cash balance), or a combination of the two.

We work closely with the business owner, the CPA, and the financial representative, to determine the proper plan design that will best fit the company's situation and objectives.  Every company's demographics and financial situation is unique, and we pride ourselves on the fact that we take the time to figure out what type of plan will best fit for a given situation.

Once a plan is established, we provide ongoing administration to keep the plan in compliance with the regulations that govern such plans. These ongoing services include, but are not limited to:


  • Calculation of contribution amounts
  • Performing non-discrimination testing
  • Record keeping for trustee directed pooled accounts
  • Distribution/Loan processing
  • Preparation of Form 5500
  • Electronic submission of Form 5500
